It used to load on Internet Explorer but won't load now. I can get on the forum but not my account.
No problem with firefox and connection.
How are you trying to connect to my.avast.com ?
e.g. are you using a link as my connection I just type my.avast.com and it converts that to -https://my.avast.com/en-us/#home and off it goes.
Do you log out of your my.avast.com account at any time ?
I leave mine connected so the next time I go back it just opens automatically.
