Suspected Malware Blocking My site?

Hey guys

I have this that keeps coming up when i try i access my webpage ( and the page wont load )

Infection: URL:Mal
Process: C:\Program Files (x86)\Lavasoft\Web Companion\TcpService\2.3.4.7\LavasoftTcpService.exe

it only seems to pop up with avast, other people who use different anti-virus software don't have the issue ( and the page loads )

Is it actually Malware on my site or is avast seeing it as a false positive. If it is a false positive i can unblock it on my computer but how do other people seeing my site know to unblock it?

Do you have avast and AdAware (Lavasoft) installed?

What is your website URL  ?

Yes i have both Avast and Adaware installed

Oh there is definitely malware on our site then :(

bugger, is that site you have linked the best one to use to get it cleaned/fixed?

Todays AdAware is a full antivirus and will conflict with avast
you have to uninstall one and replace it with Malwarebytes (if you want a secondary scanner)

Only install one AV
