Chrome Generated Malware Alarms - How to Resolve

I am using Google Chrome and the software is up to date.  Every few minutes when browsing and whenever I change to a new website, I receive an AVAST alarm indicating that an infection has been blocked.  The Infection is URL:Mal with the URL being http://107.170.47.181/api/ord?522079908280654850 and the process is chrome.exe.  How do I resolve this alarm situation?

Uninstall Facebook Video Downloader extension.
