Does paymode connect to some other website than I am paying?

2degreesmobile.co.nz allows me to connect to them online and top up with my credit card if my balance has run out. But not if I try paymode.

Paymode loads the site that you tell it to load.

Paymode will not load 2degreesmobile.co.nz using my cellphone as a modem if I have no 2degrees credit. Why? Because normal browsers will allow me to connect that way to top up. When I have no credit 2degrees allows me to connect to itself but no other websites.
