How to turn on the Location services (GPS) in unattended way

My kid use to disable the location service (GPS) to avoid been located by his parents  >:(
Is there any way I can turn on this feature in an uttended way?
Maybe with a SMS?

Nope. You used to be able to do this with the rooted version but they discontinued updating it and gave absolutely no explanation why.

Put a pin on the admin section so the kid can't change it.
