Condescending Voice

been a long time since i used avast i return only to find the calm reassuring American voice replaced by a Condescending British voice? how do i get my american voice back? since i cannot listen to that Condescending abomination

(i know i can turn the voice off but its useful for alerts if i am in a different room)

You mean the voice that comes up after Avast update it's Virus Definition Update? That feature is all gone. Update to the latest version of Avast

The OP most be using a real old version.
The "voice" was removed in version 2015.
