Did I made a mistake!

Slowly I'm having regrets that I have renewed my subscription, I guess many things have changed as far is avast program, let alone customer support since I last renewed 3 years ago.
As far is program goes, well I can overlook small things and I guess that's why I decided to renew, nothing it's made to satisfy everyone  100%, avast its pretty good for the most part, good enough to keep with one exception!

Customer support have greatly degraded since  3 years. I have used  support long time ago (2-3 years ago) and if I recall it's been good, much better what we have today.

I got response to my inquiry, finally, but the answer was general and vague, don't get me wrong, he sounded professional and pleasant but my main request to correct the mistake that on my license was totally ignored, almost as if I didn't ask, that is not a good thing, especially when I awaited response for days and the only way I got the response in the first place was because one of the members here help me and contacted the source, the ticket was just sitting there for days and who know how much longer would have sit there otherwise.

I have replied to my ticket response early this morning again, specifically to fix the expiration date of my license to be reflected with the accordance to its purchase time, we will see where we go from here.

I'm not saying I will do it, but what is the process of getting money back, submitting ticket will it be sufficient enough?

Got response this morning, pretty quick, it's all back as it should be now.
That takes me back to early days of avast, like several yeast back when I remember customer support was great at least from what I remember I guess with growing number of customers delays can be expected.
Until you need a little kelp, people might not realize how important customer service is, I'm happy again  ;)
