WiFi Extender
« on: June 09, 2016, 02:29:41 PM »
Hi there, we got a Linksys EA6200 router, both 2,4Ghz and 5Ghz are supported.
We want to extend it's range.
My wife came up with an extender make TP-Link model no TL-WA854RE.
Supports only 2,4Ghz. How do you rate this extender?
Must we go for a dual channel extender, if so, which one do you recommend?

I do look forward to your replies/recommendations, thanks in advance.

Best, Hermie

Use that app first to get more information.

Often placing the router in a different spot is already solving problems.
Also make sure the router is transmitting at 100%.

For a good expender you are looking at USD 75 and up as price.
