How to get avast to stop automatically blocking programs

I use trainers for games. Because of how trainers work they almost always show up as a virus. I can't seem to get the latest version of avast (11.2.2262) I have to ignore these programs. Don't ask me to verify they aren't viruses, I don't care. Just tell me how to get avast to leave them alone.

Why did you install a antivirus program?         

you can pause/turn off shields or just uninstall since you dont care
