Performance Issues

When I scan  the section "Performance Issues" comes up in red. I click to resolve  and it tells me to rescan.
However, When I rescan it still comes up with the same "Performance Issues" problem

I believe that scan is related to the Cleanup add-on in Avast. Unless you buy it, it isn't going to fix anything.
I don't have that scan on my version since I elected not to install Cleanup when I installed Avast.

I have even less so my Smart Scan in the unlikely event that I run it is pretty quick and no errors. I generally only run it as a result of a query in the forums.
