Problems with Safe zone Browser

Hi! I have recently upgraded to Nitro version (within IS 2016) and I am not able to launch properly the Safe zone Browser (a gray screen appeared) and nothing happened when I touch the safe zone icon inside that screen. Pls I need some suggestions about this topic! Tks!

Perform a repair of avast.
If that doesn't solve it, perform a clean installation.
