Repeat after me ... Google is your friend.    ;D

A Google search for ... free cd burning software ... produced this:

http://search.earthlink.net/search?q=free+cd+burning+software&area=earthlink-ws&channel=narrowband&FD=0&

I can not say which of these many free programs are good nor can I say which ones have spyware/adware in them. Be careful making your choice.    :)

Does anyone know if nero software is available for free.
I got mine for free ;D well I got it with my new Retail Boxed LG Dual layer DVD -+RW -+R burner, it came with Nero (OEM) and Power DVD; so if you are considering updating your optical drive look for a retail version with free software.
Had I bought both of these it would have cost more that the LG Dual layer DVD burner.

http://www.deepburner.com/ This one is small and not bad. I have used it some time ago. It has some limitations but for usual basic needs it's really not bad. Spyware/Adware free.  ;)
