The subject already says enough I think.
I purchased 20 new licenses for Endpoint Protection Plus by accident while I needed Endpoint Protection Suite. The moment Avast notified me that I bought the wrong license, I asked to refund the current license so I can purchase the right one. Haven't heard from them after sending my bank acount information. It has been two weeks now and I send several mails a day asking for it.
No-one is responding on the chat either.
Great way to punish loyal customers. Boy do I feel stupid for using Avast
