Is this a virus? I keep hearing this at random can't upload wav file. I keep hearing the Default Beep system sound

That would indicate some kind of HW problem.

If it happens when using the system, my first guess is a temperature problem.
Open the case and clean it.
Take out the PSU, open it and clean it.

Not temperature problem.
The windows background.wav is the sound in Windows 8.1 But when you edit system sound the name is Default Beep

Changing devices? I scan for it and nothing happen
BTW it only happen when I use keyboard. I know the sound when you press a key. So that's not the problem

It just I keep hearing the sound Windows Background.wav random and I thought it was a virus

Likely it's not a virus.

You could run a short test to see if it is a focus issue, where the window you are working in loses focus.  When that happens, striking any key (typing in Word for example) will result in multiple beeps until the cursor is moved and clicked onto the Word document you were working on. 

Test:
  • Open a new word document and type a few words
  • While the word document is still open, open a browser and resume typing
Fix requires you click on the window you wish to work on, i.e., the word document.  The word document lost focus when you opened the browser window.  Hence the beeps you've been hearing?

I type a words and When I click something it will happen
Is this something to worry about?

Have you checked your system sound settings ?
