Problems with Avast's file cleanup
« on: October 22, 2016, 11:29:06 PM »
Every time I shut down my computer, Avast decides to delete something, seemingly at random. How do I know it's Avast?
Whenever I install or uninstall anything, Avast will pop up saying "#### files remain on your computer of y program". Whatever the y program is will disappear from my computer when coming back. I don't click "delete remaining files" ever, just a heads up. For a long time, it was CS GO, then for a month it was Factorio, then for a week it was From the Depths, and currently, it's uPlay.

It's becoming very problematic. Is there a way to stop this? I have tried searching for it, but all the search results are irrelevant.
