Avast 17.4.2294, some problem

Hi ,
recently I install avast free latest in my Windows 10 (fully updated) laptop and facing some problem, please help me!

1. if I click in virus definition update button & if the setup is already running or already updated, it shows the appropriate message but when clicking ok button, it appears again & again without doing anything.
2.showed connection established but never receive any cloud base update.
3.my.avast.com always showing offline or unknown. remove and reconnect 4 times

Repair Avast:
1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Avast
2. Click on 'Repair'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.
PC- Windows10 EDU 64Bit,avast! free 21.1.2449,uBlock Origin,NVT_OSA,GoogleChrome(64bit),CCleaner,Unchecky,ZAM Free,Shadow Defender.

repair & reboot does not solve any of this problem :-\

A:Pls make sure you have connected with Net and tick the box.

3.my.avast.com always showing offline or unknown. remove and reconnect 4 times
A:I have no issues with loging to my.avast.com.In case make sure you clean your browser cache then try.

A:A reboot will solve the problem.Not to worry about it.

2. I connected to the Internet & box is already checked
3.I tried in another browser, other computer and incognito mode but result is same
1.Reboot many times but the problem is not solved.

my.avast.com is working fine for me.
As you have the problem on two systems, it can be that your provider is having problems.
As a start I would check the DNS settings on the systems as well as on the router.
If they look fine and it is not working, change the DNS to the one that Google is providing and try again.
