Avast Premier

After installing Avast Premier on my laptop all software become very slow and the mozilla firefox become very slow and can't open it, i used avast free antivirus from one year ago and i didn't face this problems. any suggesstions to solve this problem , i want to secure my computer and in the same time my laptop work well ! any one can help me?

My operation system is windows 10
previous version is 2015
i am using malwarebytes

1. Download Avast Premier Antivirus: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_premier_antivirus_setup_offline.exe
2. Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions..!!)
3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
4. Reboot.

- As has been explained many times, you will receive your license as soon as avast has received your payment which can take a few days if you have paid by bank transfer.
- You can always find your license file in your avast account > https://my.avast.com
- You can download the license file through your account or > https://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php
- If you can't retrieve the license file, you likely have made a typo in your email address. In that case you have to contact avast > https://support.avast.com
