Welcome to the forums, Papp!    :)

I looked up the error code below and error code 0000009c corresonds to "The storage control block address is invalid."  I used a small utility program, Error Messages for Windows, to look that up. It can be found at
http://www.gregorybraun.com/ by scrolling down to the System Utilities section.

So, a trip to Microsoft.com and a search there for 0000009c gives 5 results on this page ......

http://search.microsoft.com/results.aspx?mkt=en-US&setlang=en-US&q=0000009c

...... yet none of those seem to fit your problem unless ... what is the OS of your computer?

Also, the list of error codes at MS:

http://windowssdk.msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/debug/base/system_error_codes.asp

Hopefully, someone else will post more info.    :)

Thank you for your replay, but I can't find anything good for the error I have gotten.
My OS is Win Xp Sp2 and I hope you, or other,  can give the right way to solve this problem.
