Stuck 'Uninstalling' devices that no longer exist
« on: December 07, 2016, 04:25:48 PM »
Any ideas how I can get rid of these with force? Some machines are dead (either they died or they have been retired) and I can't remove it from the list of devices...

Thanks.

Free version :
Login to the account > select the device > settings > remove

Paid version :
Logon in to the console and remove it from there

You might have to remove it twice.

In the free cloud version, removing it the first time triggers an application uninstall from the device and is removed from the device list when it completes.  However, this never completes if the device is no longer active/reachable.

Repeating the step forcibly removes the entry from the device list.  Actually it hides it, but it's effectively the same.
