antivirus turned off automatically

I have avast free antivirus and it was work correctly , but now turned off automatically and Active protection buttons don't work.
I re-install it but doesn't solve!

please help me

No , I dont used avastclear

now I use avastclear to remove it , then I try to install it , show this error in the beginning :
the installer is unable to initialize early avast self-defense with error
