Can you find your way to post a screenshot of the warning?

If not, then at least the details of the warning.

it says avast warning........A trojan horse was found......there is no reason to panic though. Try to follow the given advice and links......file name: c:\documen~1\\victoria\locals~temp\nwgu32.ex..malware name:win32-robobot-BA (Trj) malware type: trojan horse.....rcomended action move to chest......but a different warning keeps poping up, and yet i keep following what it says

hi and welcome ,
schedule a boot time scan (check your help files) . This will allow Avast to remove or move to chest the trojan you have detected.
good luck

 :)  Hi Avastbeginner :

The best ( and its free ) program for dealing with trojans,
worms, & "generic" Dialers, is "Ewido" from :
www.ewido.net.en . This assumes your OS is either Win XP
or Win 2000. There is a "tutorial" for this program at :
     www.greyknight17.com/spy/Tutorials/ewidoQuickGuide.pdf
