Refund Status

I'm trying to get a refund for order 36031785500 and 36031808800.  I've submitted a ticket for each, 633446 and 633448.  Other than an automated email reply, I've heard nothing from Avast.  There seems to be no telephone or email available to use for contact.

How do I get in touch with Avast?

You already did got in touch with avast.
Now you just have to be patience.

When did you submit these tickets (as it can take 1-5 working days) ?

Provided you requested refunds within the 30 days you should get your refund.

The customer service was terrible. She couldnt care less what my issues even was. She kept saying Hmmmmmm, uh-mmmmmmm,
Completely rude and clueless. Should train your guys better to actually help the customers or get those AIs to do their jobs instead. terrible help and really disappointed at how your support goes about helping at all. should do something about this.
