Problem with PSS10R.CHM Errors

I am using Avast Premier but I am having problem with a virus call PSS10R.CHM Errors.
How to resolve the problem?

OS: windows 10
Office: MS Office 20016

Please advise.

It seems more like a problem with MS-Office then malware to me.
