You are running 2 anti-virus programs and this is most likely how your computer got infected. When there is more than one resident anti-virus program, the 2 will conflict with each other resulting in less protection than either one alone can give.

Please do not take my word for the below but wait for a second or third opinion as I am not an expert on HJT logs.

Your computer is also infected with about:blank which is a variant of coolwwwsearch.

This one is adware/spyware ......

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [VVSN] C:\Programmer\VVSN\VVSN.exe

...... with info here:

This also is bad to have activated. Do not confuse this with MSN Messenger as it is not the same program.

O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Windows Messenger - {FB5F1910-F110-11d2-BB9E-00C04F795683} - C:\Programmer\Messenger\msmsgs.exe

See how to stop Windows Messenger here ......

~~~
I cannot say for sure but I would bet this is where most of your problems come from ......
O16 - DPF: {48884C41-EFAC-433D-958A-9FADAC41408E} (EGamesPlugin Class) - https://www(dot)e-games(dot)com(dot)my/com/EGamesPlugin(dot)cab
[ the (dot) was inserted by me to kill the link ]
I do not know now but in the past, egames was well known for installing adware/spyware either from store bought cd's or through downloads. Please read their privicy statement carefully ......
http://www.egames.com/privacy.asp
~~~
There is probably more that I have missed so please do nothing until someone more qualified makes a post.

I hope this helps you.    :)
