Every time I reboot my phone, anti-theft would be triggered twice. It would trigger right after the reboot and I'd have to enter the pin code. Then several seconds later when the OS and apps have pretty much finished booting up, it would trigger again, and I'd have to enter the pin code again.
I don't actually mind having to enter the code again, but the loud alarm yelling that my phone's been stolen or lost is very annoying. What if I have to reboot my phone in public? People would think I've stolen the phone.
I tried contacting Avast, but when they responded asking for a screenshot of the log file, my reply emails to them kept bouncing back with the following error message:
"Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to customer.care@avast.com because the address couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again"
And then Avast would email me and tell me they're closing my ticket because I didn't respond.
So I have no idea what to do now, except try the forums and see if anyone can help me.
