Same here. Was working fine last night, this morning it won't connect. I have tried multiple locations and none will connect.

Restarted VPN = No change (won't work)
Restarted Computer = No Change (won't work).

Obviously since I am replying here I have an internet connection.

Submitted a help ticket but I agree, it is very difficult to get actual support from Avast and I too was hoping an answer was already present in the Forum but I am also fine with waiting for help. I can use an excuse to stay off my computer.

Looks like the issue has been fixed on Avast side. Now it works.

Okay, I've been away for a bit but it appears to be working now. Judging from all the other post it must have been a problem on their end.  Hope everyone else is back up as well.

yep, I am having the exact same scenario....won't connect during the day, works a few hours in the evening, next day won't connect again...I really think it's something on their side.
