Quote from: Eddy on February 09, 2017, 07:43:04 PMThat is you avast account, not the GUI.Hello,Where did you see Ludwig5 want to log in to the UI ? (with the new UI...to log in nor log in to access the new UI )Of course , UI is already opened and excepting you everyone will have understood that the "log in" refers to the opening of our e-mail account (with avatar, top right inside the UI)Fortunately DavidR answers more about real questionIt is a pity that avast has withdrawn this possibility ... for what said by DavidR and (for me) also to see stats nb:I know Eddy says there are no stats for long time , but me I have (not by magic way but by log in to my account by UI justly)Quote from: Ludwig5 on February 09, 2017, 07:58:11 PMQuote from: Eddy on February 09, 2017, 07:47:02 PMLogin through the website > https://my.avast.comIt did not work at all.Maybe it did not work because my.avast.com is unreachable at this time ? ... , at least for me loading with hourglass for 2 or 3 hours , was OK at noon.I also hope for log in again to my account with the UI ... in the future

Just found out while trying to fix the UI bug that if you click on Cleanup-Settings there's an option for 'License' and if you click on it you can login

Did you do a custom install/upgrade and if so did you select CleanUp as an option ?If you haven't got it, then you could go back to Control Panel > Programs & Features > Avast > Change - from the new window you should be able to add that component.
