false positive

hi, i just recently purchased avast , please can someone help me is this a false positive ? hmpalert.dll in  c:\windows\system32 .  hmpalert.dll  in  c:\windows\syswow64. detected as   virus  win32.DH  thankyou for your help   :)

Submit the file to virustotal and post the link to the result here.

Do you have (or had) Hitman Pro installed ?

That is likely the problem.
Remove Hitman Pro completely if you want to use avast.

Clearly you do not understand that hitmanpro and HitmanPro.Alert are different programs.

Clearly you do not understand that hitmanPro is an on-demand scanner that does NOT conflict with Avast, or any other resident AV.

Clearly you need to do some research before giving false advice.

win32.DH seems to be a AVG detection name ... or is now avast/AVG signatures merged?
