I would tell ccleaner not to take any action on avast.
Whilst these logs could be deleted as when required they would be regenerated. But you lose all of the data contained in them, so should you experience any problem you have nothing to look at or send to the developers if requested.
If you look at most of the sizes of these log files, they are pretty small, if you are getting that short of space you are looking at an HDD drive update.
Avast does its own auto cleanup and you can set log file sizes - AvastUI > Settings > General > Maintenance - see image.
