device not shown in avast account

Hi everybody,
I have a problem: I can't see a device online or offline in my avast account. Is my mobile phone (Huawei Honor 7) with mobile data or wi-fi on. I checked this on my desktop (my.avast.com) also using mobile app. Pictures attached.
Both devices are signed on the same account.
Could you suggest me a solution?
