License does not work

When installing the license I get the error: "Unable to insert the license file. The license file does not contain any valid license."
What's wrong?

On the control panel it says "Avast Endpoint Protection Suite" and "Avast Small Office administration".
I downloaded a 30-day free version which ends in a few days. I was directed to a home page where I changed 1 to 20 and got the license.

What do you mean with "changed 1 to 20" ?
It starts with 5 devices, there is no "1".

Check the order confirmation in your email and make sure it is for AEP suite.
If it is and the license that came with that mail is not working, contact the avast business support.
