Can't load some pages

Windows 7 64-bit
Avast Internet Security 17.2.2288

Can't load Ebay pages, also few other sites. Turning firewall off resolves the problem, but I need firewall.

Perform a clean installation of the latest avast version and see if it solves the problem.

So I need to uninstall it first? I have clean install of exactly actual version
