licensing

I recently changed internet providers and now avast absolutely refuses to change all my paid premier info to my new providers domain. I notified avast 2 weeks before the change as my renewal was coming up, and they still will not use my new email to send messages. I have spent upwards of 6 hours on the phone, have been walked through every option on the website, have received several "change" conformations, still to my old email address.  They make me go through all the trouble of creating a ticket, and they still do not respond to that ticket and actually do something. I changed my bank.ebay, paypal and half a dozen other accounts in about 15 minutes total. Yet 3 weeks and hours on the phone and avast still will not act, they had no problem taking my renewal money. Absolutely the worst company ever

You can simply change your email address through your avast account > https://my.avast.com
- Add the new address
- Set the new address to primary one
- Delete the old address (if you want so)
