Hi
I went through the auto renewal stop process
I have a Auto renewal is off email but still money has been taken from our CC
Stop order ID 15271119100
Looking through dates
Notice of renewal came 1/4/2017
Notice of cancelation 2/4/2017
As far as I aware I no longer have any cover from avast
