I have the pro version of avast security and I have fingerprint set up but the phone lost power and I had to charge it again to get it back up. I forgot the password I had set and it doesn't show up under my account it won't let me unlock the device via my fingerprint is there any way to unlock the device or should I just try to factory reset the device?
