SCAM or real (guessing scam, but still)

I received this today and it got by my ISPs filters. The "source address" and the bad spelling are a clue, but I thought you should know this is out there

You have obscured the To: email address, but there is another in the Hi (salutation line), you need to obscure or remove that also. Otherwise in a public forum, it could get harvested again and used for spam/scam.
