Can't Play Pandora Music

Using Avast SafeZone as my browser, I have listened to the Pandora music web-site for probably over two years.  Today, May 24, Pandora won't open.  I sent them a query as to why and they responded with this "Unfortunately, that browser is not supported.  Please try a different browser that meets our minimum requirements."  As I said, I've been using the Pandora/SafeZone combination for a long time.  SafeZone has met the minimum requirements.
My guess is that either Avast or Pandora published an update rendering the two applications incompatible (I can play Pandora in Chrome).  Does anyone know what happened?  Is there a workaround?  Or will Avast correct something?  Thanks.

Contact Pandora and tell them to fix/change things.
