Did this happen after using a USB flash drive/stick ?

It seems you may have a USB worm

I always using usb from anywhere. But no idea where did I get this file. Just every file on my folder having this kind of irritating file. Even my avast anti virus can delete. I try manual deleting but can't delete

While waiting for the malware expert do this

Download and run this  http://www.mcshield.net/download/tools/Anti-VBSVBE/
It will produce a log, copy paste that log here

Then go here  https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=194892.0
Scroll down to Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and follow instructions
It will produce two diagnostic logs ... these logs you attach

Then scroll down to  SPECIFIC INFECTIONS LOGS
Follow MCShield instructions, this log you copy paste

https://www.sitepoint.com/switch-off-thumbs-db-in-windows/

So its seems that thumbs.db is a file system not a virus.. On sitepoint tutorial, tend just to hiding this file..

Did you set the Folder Views to show hidden system files?  This would make these files appear also (they are always there but just hidden from everyday view).
