Avast Cleanup Refund Request

I installed Avast 30 day trial and ran Avast Cleanup tool for my new computer. Since my computer is pretty new, I don't need the Avast Cleanup and had not desire to subscribe it. I didn't realize that it was automatic renewal. It was charged today on June 20th.

I would really appreciate if the Avast Cleanup is cancelled and I get a full refund.

Any luck with that refund? I just experienced exactly the same situation, and am waiting for a response from avast...
