Hi,

I changed my sim card and forgot that I have the Anti theft feature that factory resets the phone once the sim card has been changed. Is there a possible way to revert this? If not, does anyone know a good data recovery tool that can help me with my problem? Thanks in advance!

AT doesn't reset your phone.

If you want to try a recovery tool, the best (free) one is > http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk

But where is your backup ?

Hi Eddy,

Thanks for the suggestion! Will try that out.

What do you mean AT doesn't reset phone in any way?

My Android phone rebooted as soon as I connected it to the Wifi. I thought it's just updating or something so I ignored it but when it restarted, it showed me to the initial Android config page. Thoughts?
