It can take a while 5 business days and on occasion more, so you are within that window. The refund should go through based on requesting it within 30 days, not how long it takes.
Avast are also in the process of updating the support ticket system and your number would appear to be one of the old ones. The new system ID numbers begin with 05 I believe. So as an avast user not avast team member I don't know how the two are being merged or handled.
