Impossible to cancel automatic renewal send 3emails no reply

Not very fair to renew without asking, many people should have been in this case
Saying then go to manage subscription and select refund but nothing like this is listed in the subscription management
I would like have my money back can someone help me please

It is mentioned up-front that you will be billed automatically.
There is no need to ask as you already have given permission for it.

Creating multiple tickets will make you have to wait longer as it is a FiFo system.
With each new ticket you will be put back to the bottom of the stack.

Current handling time for tickets is 15-20 business days, so have patience and wait for avast to handle it.

If you log in to your avast account online you can cancel the Auto renew in your Licenses screen.
