Hi, can you tell me when I will receive my email for my renewal?
I've been charged but I haven't received an email receipt from yourselves and I can't access my account (I have no idea why, I've had to make a new one to post)

You will get 3 emails before the subscription expires.
Check your spam folder.
Also check your avast account to see if the email address is correct.
