Avast Free will not uninstall, stops at firewall unregistration

Cannot uninstall Avast Free on Windows 7 Pro, stops at /unregistering /firewall & waited whole day without progress. Tried on Safe Boot with AvastClear, same results. Downloaded another Avast Free & successfully installs/overwrites over old files, but when about to uninstall, stops at the issue above. What could be wrong?

There's no FW in Avast Free..!!

Hi!

This issue has to do with wsc_proxy.exe, I assumed.

Open Task manager, and delete wsc_proxy.exe and again again during uninstallation process.
