Enabling Anti-rootkit

I just installed the free version on a laptop with the latest Windows 10 update and I am not sure why I can not enable Anti-rootkit. I have two messages and one of them is to enable Anti-rootkit, but the software will not enable it when I click on the button.

If Repair doesn't fix the problem, try the following:
Clean Install of Avast:
