Endless scan

My scan has been running for 166 hours now – for the last few days it has been showing 99% complete, and it IS still scanning.
Should I stop the scan and re-start it, or let it run its course?

Cool — thanks. I'll start scanning again tomorrow, one disk at a time, instead of all at once.
