Did you set the exclusions for Avast in MBAM and vice versa..!?

yes i did that as well.   I checked on this today seeing if anything has changed but nothing has.  The avast home page says all my license are valid but i got a red sheild ...like im "unprotected" 

i did create a ticket on avast site...does that just go here?  i was hoping this was something simple that was turned off , but even my activation code does not work.

Im sorry not sure your working for avast, or just someone that can help.  Again i appreciate all help given.  Not sure where to go to check on my ticket?   The site isnt very helpful to do that sort of thing.

I made a ticket and saved to my desktop 10/18/2017... how long to they take to get back?

Asyn, like most of the others on the forum are avast users just like yourself (and myself), but they try to help where they can and try to push things forward also.

Avast team members will have 'Avast Team' in the information to the left of their posts. 

Ordinarily you should have received an automated email response first of all, support tickets can take 1-5 business days, but dependant on the number of tickets, it could be longer.

In the automated email, I suspect there should be a URL link back to your Support Ticket and possibly the support ticket ID number.  I have never had to use the support ticket system so I can't speak from personal experience.

Did you receive an automated email after creating the support ticket and what information did it contain ?

Thanks guys....yea i never got a response.   I did however reopen the support tool and have a few files there.         attached is my log.  Notice those errors?  is this some of my issue or did I just get a virus or something.

The support tool was hard to locate..i had to kinda type around the "can we help" section to see how to generate a ticket.    anyway let me know if this helps anybody.

on a side note...since my reboot and reinstall of avast i now have 2 "devices" on my dashboard at the avast side. one with a red shield...one with a green shield.

sorry as you can tell im not on this computer much, i work with computers all day and of course i have on that has a problem at home.   Im not even sure this is a problem...just avast says there is.  Anyway this has all taken too long i will no longer keep up my auto renewal,  I have tried to call avast numerous times to never get ahold of anyone.   

I dont want to change my Internet security again.  If you guys can help me fix this would be great.

hey everyone....i know long time no hear.  sorry been crazy busy.  Asyn, i did not get a ticket id or there was never one sent to my email from the 18th .   i actually have no emails short of the emails i have got from this topic reply.   
  anyway yesterday i finally got a response from "rebecca" from avast...she wants screen shots of whats going on, well when i logged on the computer i see that i  no longer have a license issue now it thinks my firewall is off??????  Now avast says every thing is ok except my firewall.  I try to activate it and sure enough nothing .

Repair Avast:
1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Avast
2. Click on 'Repair'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.
