FWIW, I also e-mailed support and posted here in the forums. I found I never received a reply via e-mail, but, I did receive prompt and excellent info from the Alwil team. It's no biggie that the e-mail didn't get replied to...but, I still think it should be made clearer where you go for help with the "Avast managed client". It seems to be a product without a home on these forums...(though it seems to be fruitful to post in the ADNM category).
