I reinstalled the chrome browser but I don't know how to get to the exstenions (sp?)

Top right hand corner, click on the 3 dots, scroll down to More Tools, a box will pop up, click on Extensions, a page will appear that will be blank if you have no extensions, click on the line that says Get More Extensions. Done.

I recommend Ublock Origin, Lastpass and Google Mail Checker if you use Gmail.

If you already have extensions, you'll find the link to Get More Extensions
at the very bottom of that page. (Hope that gets changed to make it easier.)
