For the past year, I have tried to sign in into the Avast Free Antivirus application on Windows 10 using the "Login with Google" button but when I do that a blank smaller window opens and Avast restarts. The blank window does nothing. I can log in to Avast mobile and online just fine but I cannot even put in my email address into the Avast application. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Avast and have tried repair in Windows Control Panel but neither has fixed the problem.
I am using an ASUS GL752V Laptop with Windows 10 and Avast version 17.9.2322 (build 17.9.3761.278).
Any help appreciated.
